Visa 190

Visa 190 – Skilled Nominated visa lets nominated skilled workers live and work in Australia as permanent residents. 

You must

  • have an occupation on the relevant skilled list
  • have a suitable skills assessment for the occupation
  • be invited to apply for this visa
  • satisfy the points test

What is visa 190

  • If you are nominated for the visa, we will invite you to apply.
  • Your occupation must be on the relevant list of eligible skilled occupations for the 190 Skilled Nominated visa (MLTSSL + STSOL)
  • Your skills assessment must have been obtained in the 3 years before the date of your invitation.

Visa 190 is more advantage than Visa 189

 

  • You obtain 5 point in 65 point-test to be apply for this visa 
  • Do not competetive to high point test

But you should

  • Live in nominated state in at least 2 years since you have visa 190
  • Announce to authorities if you have plan to move your stay

Requirement Visa 190

  • Unđer 45 
  • IELTS 6.0 for all skills
  • Skills assessment
  • At least 65 point test
  • Be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency

  • 75% of applications: 4 months
